On the day of your appointment

On the day of your scheduled appointment, please ensure you arrive at the Vaccination Centre in good time (at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment).  This will allow the vaccination procedure to take place smoothly and help prevent any potential delays.

Please ensure to:

• Bring your ID card or Passport or other official document so that personal details can be cross-checked
• Have ready your ID number and AMKA or AFM numbers so that your appointment can be located on the system
• In addition, bring the QR Code created when your appointment was set up, in either paper or electronic format (SMS message or email)
